SECRET SENSORY SUPPERS

FranklinTill curated Secret Sensory Suppers, a series of gastronomic sensory feasts with Bompas & Parr, Caroline Hobkinson and Silent Studios in the Masonic Temple at Andaz Liverpool Street hotel. Silent Studios were asked to create a supper that explored the relationship between sound and food. Their MaSonic Supper was an evening of audio and culinary adventure. Based on the structure of a musical sonata, the MaSonic supper consisted of five movements that shaped an experience of intrigue, participation and excess. Kadir Konuk, head chef of private dining and events at the Andaz, prepared a dish synchronised to a specially composed track performed by a string quartet and guests played for their supper with hand bells.
